Lynn's workout plans provide
exactly what I was looking for. I'm impressed by the array of exercises,
and Lynn uses them as if she were in my workout room taking note of
exactly what I need to progress and meet my personal goals. As a former
competitive athlete in three sports (I gained my black belt in karate in
1980), I am familiar with a wide range of exercises, and I am also no
stranger to the discipline of training regimens. But previous programs,
including one other "personal trainer," which was really a computerized
system, became too routine, and in one instance caused injury by requiring
the lifting of very heavy weight. I wanted a program that would be short,
yet challenging, and at the same time produce results through a variety of
exercises using lighter weights. In all respects, Lynn's plans have met my
expectations, and I'm learning new exercises that keep my workouts fresh
and interesting. I plan on a long-term relationship with Lynn as my
personal trainer and with Workouts For You.
